Baby Center provides pregnancy information, such as pregnancy aches and pains, weight gain and nutrition, what’s safe during pregnancy and what’s not, pregnancy stages, labor and delivery. Click HERE for more information.

The Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) Program provides supplemental food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and links with community resources. It serves low- to moderate-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk. Postpartum Support International (PSI) provides information and resources about pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, including depression. It also has a warm-line, or toll-free telephone number, anyone can call to get basic information, support and resources.
